8×8, 2009

Randomness as creative principle, chance as unrecognized causation. The randomness is not a real phenomenon, although it looks it is. This principle applies in the work “8×8”. Set out on an 8×8 light grid and using microprocessors, all combinations and permutations are displayed. It takes a very long time, approximately
19.5 billion years, but the number of possibilities will then be final.
